What Causes Fatigue Along With Headache And Tingling Sensation In The Cheeks?

I have been very tired this week with intermittent headaches that come and go and intermittent tingling in my cheeks and mouth area, my left eye will sometimes tic. Today when I pushed and rubbed on my temples and around ears I had a lot of pain, would subside some when I would rub it awhile. Sinus area is also painful to touch but no draining or nasal discharge, no cough but have been sneezing some today. Never experiences tingling in my face before. I am 54 with no health history of diabetes or cholesterol. Use to have migraines and PVC s but been on verapamil to prevent them for five years.
