What Causes Fatigue Along With Headaches And Tremors In Hands?

hi I have crohns dieses and have had an ilestomy4 years ago and have been feeling great since. Over the past 6 weeks or so i am experiencing fatigue, headache and shaky hands and sometimes nausea. over these past 6 weeks my output has been watery although it appears to now come back to normal. All my blood work has come back normal. I also got a scope done and there was no active crohns present. What could be causing my symptoms of fatigue, headache and shaky hands?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
The fatigue, tremors, head ache seems to be due to weakness following recent bowel upset .due to lack of absorption of nutrients , B complex deficiency.Signs of dehydration may present as head ache.
Supplements of digestive enzymes probiotic like Neutrolin B capsules/ sporlac granules & gradual addition of easily digestible food would help/ taking ORS & plenty of boiled water would help.
Thanks..
