General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Feeling unusually fatigue might be to both low blood pressure and sugar levels. Monitor your blood pressure and sugar levels and record the results for reference.

What concerns me is the light pain you are experiencing on the chest.

To me, you should consult immediately with a cardiologist, do not wait for the next appointment with a diabetes doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
