Esr 45
hi im a 25 year old female . Ht 5 feet 6 inch and weighing 50 kg. i have been experiencing fatigue and tiredness esp in the evening...i get low grade fever 99F daily for a week now. My ESR is 45 , A:G ratio is 2.01 and blood urea is 19.7. WBC count is 12.20. I had done a xray chest a month back which was normal. my ecg shows t wave inversion....but my cardiologist said that it was nothing serious. i had a bout of breathless n palpitation....a month back..which the doctors said was a panic attack....my 2Decho shows trivial TR.....right now i dont have any dyspnoea or palpitation. what am i suffering from.... i have just finished my MBBS and funishing my internship now.
