What Causes Fatigue And Social Withdrawal After A Pelvic Injury?
My Mother is 76 years old and always been very active , very out going and in a matter of months has fallen 3 times, spent 6 weeks in a nursing home after cracking her pelvis She is very weak and not very social anymore Doctors ruled out a stroke We have an appointment with a neurologist My wife who is a nurse thinks it s Parkinson s Which my father in law has had for 20 years. Any other ideas what it could be?
Dear sir Went through your post I understand your concern about your mom, there are possibilities of of cervical spondylosis which can cause vertigo and falls, Parkinsonism can also lead falls but is associated with tremors and rigidity, in addition there is possibility of osteoporosis which can cause fracture with mild trauma, so consulting a neurologist will be helpful.
