What Causes Fatigue And Tiredness When Suffering From Sinus Tachycardia?

I also have Sinus Tachycardia, which I take meds for and have been for about 4 years now. For the past few weeks I have been extremely tired. Its like I can't get enough sleep. Its not all the time its off and on. I have to pee all the time and for the past week I have been hungry all the time. I also have PCOS. I have been to the doctor and they have tested me for so many things all come out okay.
