For that peripheral smear examination and dengue Ig M detection done... It could be generalised viral infection also. Symptomatic management done... For headache paracetamol tablet 500mg can be taken as and when required.. For vomitting domperidone tablet can be given... Maintain hydration... Avoid excess spicy foods and fried foods Probiotic tablet can be taken...
