What Causes Fatigue, Sore Breast, Unusually Light Menstruation And Spotting?

Hi my I period was 3 weeks late then I got it but it was only for 3 days I usually last 6 day and this time was wed and thu light flow and Fri only spotting but I feel something moves on my stomach and I tray food I usually don t like and I like it a lot I have fatigue sore breast and pelvic pain I did a pregnancy test today and I got in 2 min a very extremely faint line and 2 hours later got darker can I be pregnant

Regarding your concern, I would explain that it is less likely for you to be pregnant based on your period description and the pregnancy test. Anyway, I recommend repeating the test after a couple of days, just to be sure that everything is okay.
