Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of having fatigue, muscle aches and muscle twitching mainly in my legs, calves and thighs for the past couple of months. It is beginning to get on your nerves . You have increased K intake. You are a nurse and thought maybe it was job related but it is lingering way too long.

This history is suggestive that you need a proper clinical evaluation and investigations for the proper diagnosis and management.

This is not K means Potassium related as the problems are for lower limbs only. In electrolyte imbalance all the body can have pains and twitches randomly.

The most probable cause looks to be related to the spine as the pressing prolapsed disc can cause such a problem.
I would advise you to have MRI of the lower spine, clinical examination by an Orthopedic Surgeon and so on.
Get a proper treatment to get a cure as you have a standing duty and you are related to the medical fiend hence you would definitely understand what I mean by.
Take care.
