What Causes Fatigue,shortness Of Breath,headaches And Sweating Episodes?

Hello, I am a 25 year old woman and lately I have been feeling fatigue, having shortness of breath, pounding headaches and sweating episodes when the room is cold. I have had blackouts before during my teenage years and a few seizures when I was a baby. I even had severe pneumonia when I was around 12 years old and was hospitalized. Now, with these symptoms, what do you suppose it might be? Your help is appreciated. Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern and form your past medical history I would like to say that it would be better to get done certain test like EKG, CT head, to rule out certain possibilities related with brain and heart, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
