What Causes Feeling Enlarged Gland In Throat And Pain In Wrist?

I dont know how to call it. just like you feel in case of tonsil in throat, the enlarged gland, I can feel the same in the area below waist, that V shaped region. pain comes when pressed.

recently had an accident, some scratches in knee, so taking some pain killers. cold it be because of that.

Hi thanks for asking question.
Here you could have sore throat with pharyngitis like condition..
Mostly it will be viral infection.
CBC and CRP done for it...

Do your pharynx examination for redness , indirect laryngoscopy examination.
Salt water gargles done.
Avoid excessive spicy and fatty food for few days.
Steam inhalation done.
Antiinflammatory drug can be taken
If needed prophylactic antibiotic needed.

Pain killer can't lead sore throat....

If lymph node persistently enlarged FNAC can be done...
