Ok I ve been to the dr 3 times he said I have an middle ear infectionI m on keflex and predisone my head is dizzy and feels numb on top and down my face to the jaw bone my ears feel full and my eye twitches I have drainage in my throat I have a small cough and sharp pain on occasion in my hears the dizziness and numbness in my head are scaring me I don t feel I m with the program sometimes I feel like I have fluid in my ears and now my neck is stiff and feels like my throat is tight is this normal for an ear infection or is it sinus and why won t the antibiotics work been taking for a week this fullness in my ears are driving me mad help what can I do if anything and could this be sinuses instead and now my stomach is burning and my stool has turned light brown
in my opinion you are suffering from acute URI wich is causing eustachian tube catarrh. and this leading to middle ear effusion. I would recommend you to take short course of antibiotics and antihistaminic medication. xylometazoline nasal drops will help in opening eustachian tube. I would also suggest you to do nasal saline irrigation.
