My daughter is 4 years old and she weighs 31 pounds. She spent the night with my parents and they went swimming yesterday but when they brought her home about 4 hrs ago She felt warm and had a temp of about 100 degrees and complained or a soar throat and that she didn t feel good then within an hour developed a 102-degree fever she is very lethargic now sounds like she is congested. she also said she had a headache about half an hour ago at the same time I gave her .5 ml children s Tylenol.She has the chills and while sleeping I checked her heart rate and it s 134 beats per minute. She is twitching more than usual as I m watching her sleep. I feel like I should take her to urgent care?
