General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to an infection of the knee.
I suggest to do a complete blood count and an xray for further evaluation.
Meanwhile,I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain
Antibiotics may be needed.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
