Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I really appreciate your concern, fever condition for a few months and not being diagnosed looks surprising. Actually, such chronic febrile condition needs to be investigated, to rule out the infection and it could be mycobacterium infection.
If you have not done the tests then better to get done the routine investigations if nothing comes out then it may not be a pure febrile condition. Passing the stool three to four time in the day could be a normal one.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain
