What Causes Fever, Headache And Sore Throat?

My symptoms, day1: fever, headache, sore throat (no ulceration), aching limbs day2: severe sore throat (with ulceration), night sweats, skin rash on hands and feet (little red dots that go pale on pressing), spots on face and head day3: continued severe sore throat, red bumps under skin on fingers and feet that don t go pale on pressing, sore sensitive skin on hands and feet, spots on face oozing a bit thanks.

Your clinical syndrome is most probably a viral syndrome.Fever,headache,myalgias,sore throat and rash(specially in the distribution you have described on hands,feet and face) evolving from one part of the body to other are very classical features of a viral syndrome.Please visit a physician so that he can examine you and start treatment as early as possible.Meanwhile,please maintain isolation,have rest,adequate hydration and tab.paracetamol 500 mg 6 hourly.Please take medicines under a physician's guidance.I hope it helps.
