What Causes Fever In Case Of TB In Spleen And Liver?

hi..i'm 23 yrs old.
i have been daignosed by T.B in spleen and liver. i had liver test for medicine side-effects and had infection so taking oflox medicine.
i've been taking its treatment for 5weeks but i still have fever around 100 degrees with oflox and paracetamol.
For how long fever will remain and start getting down?
I feel alot of weakness and had typhoid before.Why do i hv such low immunity?

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Yes, you are right, this is really sign of weakened immune system especially in your age and this is really serious issue which require intensive measures. Fever is sign that infection persist despite antibiotics and you need to repeat CAT scan and see if abscesses resolved or not. If not, then you may need surgical drainage of abscesses and then repeated antibiotic treatment. At same time you should evaluate imunse system to see if there is some specific immune disorder.
