What Causes Fever, Malaise, Headache And Pain In The Genital Area?

A 20 year old female presents ot clini woth fever, malaise, headache, and pain in her genital area that is severe upon urination. Lesions on outer labia, 2-3 mm in size and filled with clear fluid no sign of bleeding. two successive abnormal pap smears in the past year

Hi dear symptoms are suggestive of Urinary tract infection. I advise you as follows:
1) Tab. Amoxicillin and clavulinic acid (625mg) once a day for 5 days
2) Tab. Paracetamol for headache and pain twice a day
3) Tab Pantop D once aday
4) Wash with Vaginal V private parts
5) Avoid strong chemical soaps and bubble bath
6) Wear loose undergarments
7) Keep your self hydrated
8) Get the CBC and Urine culture and microscopic examination done
