What Causes Fever,red Spots In Throat And Ear Pain?
my 3 yr old son has developed lot of red spots in throat and complains about ear pain accompanied by fever and runny nose. he is not able to consume water also. doc has given him augmentin for 5 days and digene syrup for controlling acidity. i am in pain as i cant see my kid suffering, pls advice.

Hi,
It seems that your child is having acute pharyngitis giving this problem.
As antibiotic started, within a day or two he will start getting improvement.
Meanwhile give him decongestant, analgesic medicine like Wikoryl plus to get symptomatic relief from pain and running nose.
