What Causes Fever,sore Throat And Flare Up Of Herpes?

my symptoms are; sore throat, fever,
fatigue, weakness, loss of appetite and i have herpes with no flare up for years but it is now. the symptoms start last monday so its been over 2weeks. went to the doc but they did not test me but said to call at the end of this week. what do you think?

Thank for query with HCM , herpes is a viral infection which lasts for about 14-21 days these viruses reside in the nerve ganglion and will reactivate under stress resulting in formation of vesicles. Symptoms are fever fatigue weakness etc... Treatment of choice is anti viral drugs but these are effective if you would have taken within in two days of disease which results in decreased load of virus.if symptoms persist consult your doctor.hope this is helpful
