General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of symptoms of flu like fever, chills, runny nose, restless nights, tired and now have lumps on palate and in mouth.
The problem looks severe hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
- First of all start with symptomatic treatment immediately in the form of Paracetamol as per body weight to get relief.
- Take an antihistamine
- Nasal drops and steam inhalation.
- Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation.
- Investigations to support the diagnosis.
- Get started on additional prescription based medicines.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
