What Causes Fluctuating BP Post Kidney Removal Surgery?

Hi I have dad a kidney removed through cancer now my BP keeps fluctuating sometimes up to 220/100, now i am on bp medication but seems to me to be a shot gun approach. keep adding now I am taking the following. Lecadip 20mg once a day, Minipress 5 mg twice dailyiresartan 300mg once daily, Tenol-GA 50mg once daily. Aldomet 250 mg x 2 3 times a day. What is the cross effect of these on my remaining kidney. Can the climate effect bp as live in sub tropical climate which is high in Temp over 30 as a constant and high humidity. My bp goes up and seem to stop passing urine as much even though i drink more. Feels like someone is pumping me up from the inside. Have spoken to my GP and cardiologist and the say the climate does not effect. Thank you for you help as I am at the end. My age is 70.
