General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hello,
All your symptoms are .bodily manifestations of changed blood pressure & blood pressure depends on the force with which heart pumps blood in body.
If you had blood pressure before surgery, it may reappear after surgery.
In post-operative phase it would lower down with sudden change of posture or the anti-rejection medicines may cause changing blood pressure.
In such condition, dosage needs to be adjusted. Such change is usually transient but if it crosses 2 to 3 days, then you should see your surgeon.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Jayesh Vaza
