What Causes Fluctuating Blood Pressure Levels?
I have been monitoring my blood pressure for 4 days and it has been going up and down but has remained high I have a reading of 188 over 111and have a headache the second reading was 183 over 103 I am travelling to Portugal today should I contact a doctor
