Yesterday, I had an episode of tachycardia during which my heart rate was as high as 240bpm. I have these episodes from time to time, but yesterday was by far the longest. This morning, my heart rate is down to 170-180bpm. I am exhausted and sore form the episode. Should I get evaluated at an ER?
