What Causes Fluctuations In BP Level?

I m taking cilacar 5 mg and telma 40 twice a day for BP All other markers fine incl cholesterol (190) and HABC (5.5) BP varies between 130/80 and 150/90 Any suggestions ? What is the latest thinking on Optimum BP level . I m told in the usa they prefer aggressive medication to keep BP at lower level

your HBA1C level indicates that you are not a diabetic, so your optimum b.p level should be 120-139 mm hg (systolic) and 60-89 mm hg(diastolic). systolic b.p. is more important than the diastolic b.p, go for some moderate physical activity, get proper sleep, n avoid a sedentary lifestyle. if your b.p does nt return to normal with all these medications n lifestyle measures,go n visit your cardiologist.
