Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am female, 61 years of age. I workout at the gym 8 hours a week (5 days a week), and am 132 pounds. My blood pressure seems to hang around low 130 s over low-mid 70 s, during the day, and then tends to go a bit lower at night. Is that an okay blood pressure?
This BP reading of 130 s over 70s is almost a normal reading. A minor variation during 24 hours is also very much normal and do not require any medical treatment for this at this time, other than, if you are taking already some of the medicines.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Satnarain Bansal, General & Family Physician
