What Causes Fluctuations In Blood Pressure And Tightness In The Left Armpit?

Hi Doctor!I take tel sartan 80mg and metpure-xl25 mg .....my BP is playing up and evenings BP is 150/100 and yesterday it was 160/110 and I had a little tightness in left armpit....so my doc told me to have another metpure xl25...this morning BP is 130/90...what is your advice...thank u.

I really appreciate your concern, if you go on reading Blood pressure frequently then every time it show you different reading and if you are reading it on your own then it will for sure show you some high value because of consciousness, so better to see the physician for reading of blood pressure and then let the physician decide about the dose hope this information helps.
