What Causes Fluctuations In Blood Pressure While On Lisinopril?
hello just started lisinopril 10 mg. MY problem I that before this medication I got palpitation and went to the ER a few times thinking I was going to have a heart attack. 46 years old not other health condition. ever since taking meds my blood pressure fluctuates and some times still high 150/88. how long for med to work only 6 days on it and a big headache especially in the morning with palpitations. I relax for a bit but at times I think I m not going to make it to work.

You need to add another drug to control palpitation. this can be a beta blocker drug. Wait for a couple of weeks before Lisinopril full action is achieved.
