What Causes Fluctuations In The Blood Pressure Levels?

Firstly hello and thank you for your time, my question is regarding blood pressure my readings seem to fluctuate between anything from as little as 113/72 and 126/79 and I have for the first time just had a reading of 132/79 my diastolic seems to be OK but my concern is my fluctuating systolic, I turned 40 years old last November I am a male and have recently quit a lifelong alcohol problem and have quit smoking as well, my diet is well balanced but I feel so tired most of the time, I m secretly hoping my body is just readjusting but I am concerned, could you help please?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The given blood pressure readings are normal and don’t indicate any disease condition.

No definitive treatment is required either.

If true blood pressure goes above 140, you can consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
