What Causes Fluctuations On The Resting Heart Rate?

i am a 27 yr old male whose resting heart rate jumps anywhere from 70-98 bpm depending on the day, is it strange to have a resing heart rate fluctuate so much? It also seems that it does not take much physical excertion to increase my rate, is this normal?

Hi, your resting heart rate is within normal limits of 60-100 bpm. However, if you feel that such fluctuation in heart rate is affecting your physical activity or making you anxious, I would suggest going in for a 24-hour Holter test and further evaluation.
