I have gone through question. I appears to be post operative seroma, which appears in small number of case, with hernia operation post operatively. Fluid accumulates in the dead space created during surgery. Repeated aspiration with syringes is the treatment. You need to use scrotal support. Fellow up visit with operating surgeon is of utmost importance, while you are also due for stitches removal. He will assess the case and make a diagnosis, followed by suitable treatment. At this stage, the mesh is not at risk, mesh removal might be considered in case of infection.
