What Causes Fluid Discharge From The Penis?

1 week before I went to have sex with my girlfriend but didnot have intercourse.The next day onwards I started to have drainage of fluids from my pennis.I consulted a Dr. and tested my urine.Mild enterobacter presence was confirmed, Then he prescribed me antibiotics-Zoam for 2 days and Dioxycycline for 1 week.Day before yesterday I went to see my Dr again after physical examination he told me that I now alright and also adviced me to drink plenty of water.Even today Iam having this continouse discharge of fluids and also changes can be seen on the skin of the sack which is holding the scrotum.Is infection still present in me?

I really appreciate your concern, if the discharge is not purulent then this is nothing to worry, because this may not be due to any infection but could be semen it self, and if this is infection then with antibiotic it would be fine soon, in either case this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
