What Causes Fluttering Sensations In Chest Along With Soreness And Pain In Upper Arm?

44 yo male been getting a fluttering feeling in the chest area, sometimes a rushing tingly feeling that makes me a little light headed, and yesterday my left upper arm is sore, slightly aching. Went to the ER last month after passing out during church, got numb and tingly in my hands and arms that time, everything checked out ok in ER.
