What causes a 67 and 42 year old man to have foamy urine? The 42 year old is a diabetic with epilepsy who has had seizures regularly in the 8 years I have known him. Sometimes 3 in a day. He is on pills and injection for the diabetes. And seizure meds. Lately he is up several times during the night going to the bathroom. Now I notice after he flushes, its foamy in the toilet. The 67 year old was told he was diabetic about 10 years ago. He takes no meds.
