Hi. For the last month or so when I wake up in the morning the top of my right foot hurts. After I walk around a bit the pain goes away, but it is back every morning or after I ve laid down for a long time. There is no swelling, there was no injury. Any thoughts on what it could be?
Hello dear Understand your concern Foot pain upon walking mainly due to plantar fasciitis and Plantar calcaneal bursitis.
