What Causes Forehead Pain With Fever At Night?

sir my daughter is 13 yrs old and fallen down from stairs no injury and no vomitings 21/12/2010 Total W B C ( TWBC ) 6800 Cells/Cu.mm 21/12/2010 Haemoglobin 11.6 grams% 21/12/2010 Polymorphs 65 % 21/12/2010 Lymphocytes 31 % 21/12/2010 Eosinophils 04 % 21/12/2010 Basophils 00 % 21/12/2010 Monocytes 00 % 21/12/2010 Absolute Eosinophil Count ( AEC ) 250 Cells/Cu.mm 21/12/2010 Platelet Count 3.5 Lakhs/cumm 21/12/2010 Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate ( ESR ) 25 mm/1st hour but after wards she gets regular pain on forhead right side and gets fever in night .I did blood exam which is mentioned above .Kindly tell me what is wrong here SA Hussain,Visakhapatnam Steel Plant YYYY@YYYY 0000

Hello,

No association of fever with falling, though headache could due to some internal bleeding. we can plan a CT scan to rule out CNS bleeding. The second aspect should be kept in mind, it could be seasonal fever, during fever headache is usual complaint.
