It sounds as if you had an olfactory groove
meningioma removed several months ago. Do you know if they were successful at removing the whole thing or did they say that there were perhaps, others that needed to come out that they couldn't reach at this point, etc.?
So, now with the return of the symptom it is possible that another meningioma has developed. It wouldn't be unheard of...in fact, it is commonly the case that once a meningioma is removed that others may be grow in the same area. You should return to your
neurologist first to get re-examined.
