Hi, I am 38 yrs. old. Have two children. For quite a while I have been experiencing vaginal foul discharge, pelvis pain, feeling of fullness of my stomach after eating, light headaches, low back pain and leg pain. I suspect I might have PID, since I was diagnosed with Chlamydia long time ago...

I understand your concerns and yes it can be an infection like PID . You need to get a vaginal swab culture done and then treat with antibiotics accordingly.
