What Causes Foul Smelling In The Nose?

Hi, I have a weird smell in my nose, usually when I have mucus, at first it tasted like the antihistamine medication, but now it has evolved to a really bad taste which I cannot describe and I have cleaned my nose, I don t have bad breath and cant seem to get rid of it

Hi. Such type of foul smell are usually due to an active infection, the end product of the bacteria cause this smell and taste.
You have to get an appropriate diagnosis by an ENT examination, tests of blood and urine to rule out general problems like diabetes, CT scan of the sinuses to see for sinusitis.
The treatment will be according to the findings on clinical examination and investigations reports.
