Hello and welcome to HCM,
Bleeding in between periods, feeling of pelvic pressure and bleeding after having sex are not normal.
The cause for these problems needs to be sought and appropriate management needs to be done.
Pelvic pressure and bleeding after having sex could be due to
pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).
PID is a group of infectious diseases affecting the reproductive tract.
A previous history of surgery may not be associated with these symptoms since it has been more than 2 years when you underwent the surgery.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for prescription of an
ultrasound pelvis.
In case there is any evidence of PID, appropriate treatment needs to be taken.
Bleeding in between periods is abnormal and it may be associated with other symptoms.
After ultrasound pelvis, colposcopic examination of
cervix and an
endometrial biopsy may also be required.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for further action.
Frequent and recurrent UTI may also be associated with other symptoms.
The reproductive tract and the
urinary tract are in close proximity with each other so the infection from one tract can spread to the other.
A routine urine examination and a urine culture is required to detect the causative organism followed by drug sensitivity to select the most potent antibiotic.
Thanks and take care
