What Causes Frequent And Severe Headaches Above The Eyebrows?
Dear Sir, I am Dhinesh working as an Engineer in Pokhran, Jodhpur. I am having high headache frequently on right forehead just above eyebrows. If I try to close my right eye tight I could feel bit pain not in eyes but the outer layer which closing the eye and near eye brow. I was thinking that it might be due to heat and accordingly drinking more water (around 6liters per day). I am feeling this pain since last Saturday. I used to work with system and I used to wear power glass full day. It has UV rays protection a well. Please guide me. Thank you. Regards, Dhinesh
If you had cold in recent days, the pain above the eye brow could be due to sinusitis. This might even present with pain below the eyes over the cheek bones. If it is so do consult an ENT specialist at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Raju A. T., General & Family Physician
