What Causes Frequent Bowel Movements With Stomach Pain?
hello doctor,
age:28 weight:69 medical History: kidney transplant. Query:Stomach pain i have had a kidney transplant 6 years back. Since two days i am facing stomach problem after having any single meal i go to the toilet for passign stool. In one day 5 times but before passing stool i face pain in my stomach.
HI Well come to HCM Thank for asking I really appreciate your concern, the given history could be due to intestinal infection an the most common is protozoa infection but some time it may be due to bacteria or virus, most of the time condition comes around on its own but in sever case it may requires specific treatment, if I would be doctor of such case then I would try to treat this case with Ofloxacine with Ornidazole combination twice in day for three to four days, immediately after meal if you go for defecation then it is nothing to worry because it may not be ill condition but it seems to be physiological it seldom related with pathological condition but it is nothing to worry, history of kidney transplant is nothing to take anything hope this information helps.
