What Causes Frequent Diarrhea Along With Abdominal Cramping And Nausea?
I ve always had random diarrhea due to my anxiety but lately i ve been getting it more often and severely. It seems to happen most often RIGHT after eating and involves a lot of cramping and nausea. I can t figure out what s going on and I m beginning to worry it s more serious than i thought.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. The problems you are experiencing of diarrhea, abdominal pain accompanied with nausea seems to be due to infection of gastrointestinal tract. Kindly take a course of oral antibiotics containing Cliprofloxacin with Tinidazole. Drink good quantity of fluids and keep yourself well hydrated. Consume diet which is semisolid, non-spicy and easily digestible. You can also take Oral Rehydration Solution for fluid and electrolyte supplementation. In case you continue to have nausea and vomiting, you need to take medication containing Domperidone. Gradually, your symptoms should subside. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
