Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

He may be suffering from a chronic infection. I recommend performing a blood bacterial culture and a urine bacterial culture. A brain MRI is also necessary in order to exclude a possible brain birth defect.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
