What Causes Frequent Headaches And Abdominal Pain?

My husband is 57 years old and experiences headaches on a regular basis, takes atenolol and fluoxetine daily he is in typically good health according to his blood work and check ups, but recently his hands have been aching and his fingers have been swelling for no apparent reason. He gets stomach aches quite frequently, followed by trips to the bathroom which is not new he has had stool tests which come up normal, was told years ago he had diverticulitis. He just now had a headache, stomach ache, and said his chest hurt a little which is new but thought it was gas.. we had just come from dinner...and his fingers started to swell, followed by a trip to the bathroom half an hour later.
