HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and I would like to say you that most of the headaches are functional in origin and may be due to the psychological disorders but before this the headache need to be investigated for any pathological disease, here in your case the possibility of frontal sinusitis is likely, and this need to be treated, and the best drug would be Tan Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen, have a nice day.
