Good day! I just want to ask. I had my perion in month of april 4 to 8 and then i was shock because i had a period again in april 28 to may 2. I just want what is the cause of these why does it happen!! I just want to isnt normal and if i had twice a month perion when is my next period please let me kno???
The duration of menstrual cycle varies normally from 21-35 days. In your case, it is very much normal as you had a period of 24 days (counting from April 4 to April 28, the starting dates of both periods). Hence, if your period has a fixed cycle of 24 days, you may get it around May 22 or so. However, if your cycle is not fixed, as many women have, then you may get your period any day between May 19 to June 2.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Satnarain Bansal, General & Family Physician
