What Causes Frequent Sharp Pains In Head Post Mild Head Injury?

Hello i hit my head about a month ago behind my right ear and now im getting sharp sudden pains now and again and there becoming more frequent. It happens when i try turning my head or try looking up. It doenst happen all the time just now and again. Where i hit my head i can feel a little lump it feels like a bit of bone. Thanks.

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be musculoskeletal pain may be some soft tissue inflammation is there, if you have not doe the CT imaging then it is better to get this done, till then "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" can be tried, hope this information helps, take care.
