What Causes Frequent Syncope And Irregular Heart Beat Inspite Of Suffering From Hashimoto S Thyroiditis?
My 17 year old daughter had one fainting episode and runs a low blood pressure. She had a 24 hour holter; a 28 day holter; and a tilt table test. She feels like her heart is racing at times. She has Hoshimoto s thyroiditis and takes 88 mcg daily. History of ovarian cyst and frequent strep throat, otherwise OK. Tonite she s in ER with an irregular heartbeat. Is there a conduction problem? I m an RN. I worry about SVT. Thank you. YYYY@YYYY

Hi,
It might be less dose of propranolol or beta blockers used in disease, if it's 10 to increase 20 or more also but can't leave sudden also, go to endocrinologist, thyroid scan can rule out if there is any severity, it's found sky breathing technique is very effective in thyroid issues plus continue medicine.
